Who We Are

Our Philosophy

We believe the healing starts with you!

At Conscious Alignment Bodywork, we customize each massage based off what you need. We believe that by bringing self-awareness in to each session, together we are able to create the best treatment plan for you. By taking care of your body you are able to heal your physical self as well as create a more healing environment for your mental self. The more conscious you are, the better you can understand how to treat your body.

Our People

Jessica Podolsky, Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist

Jessica, a born native of Illinois, moved to Colorado in 2010 to pursue growth as a massage therapist and individual. Fascinated by the human body and muscles, she was drawn to massage therapy early on. As an athlete growing up, Jessica was familiar with minor sprains, aches and pains. In 2005, she endured a major injury to her ankle which resulted in surgery. Through that experience, she realized the importance of taking care of and listening to your body. Jessica graduated from Capri College in Dubuque, Iowa and has been working as a licensed massage therapist since 2008.

Jessica specializes in therapeutic massage, sports injuries, post-surgical massage and Prenatal. Skilled at therapeutic massage, Jessica finds the cause of your problem areas and addresses these issues with mastery using a number of different modalities. Therapeutic massage enables her to channel her love of problem-solving to uncovering the “mystery” of each client’s pain.  As a very active person, Jessica understands the importance of addressing an issue and taking care of it as soon as possible, so that you can get back to your daily life.

In 2013, Jessica’s fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of life led her to study Reiki I & II. Through this she found a way to consciously bring each client in to their own healing through massage and energy work. As an evolving representation of her own journey and to align mind and body, she opened Conscious Alignment Bodywork in 2017.

Jessica has always had a special place in her heart for doing Prenatal massage. After having her first child in 2018, she knew she wanted to offer more services for prenatal and postnatal women. The need for her mountain community was growing and it was something she felt very passionate about. On top of being Certified in prenatal and postnatal massage, Jessica is part of a network of providers/practitioners through Origin Family Services that she works hand in hand with and can refer to for assisted care.

In her spare time Jessica enjoys all of what Colorado has to offer and being outside as much as possible. In the summer you can find her doing yard work and hanging with her chickens, hiking with her family and two dogs, camping or going to concerts. She has recently taken an interest in baking sourdough bread and making her own yogurt, butter and ice cream! In addition to being adventurous and outgoing, Jessica’s compassion, knowledge and love for massage, makes her an excellent massage therapist and keeps her clients coming back!
