Cancellation Policy

Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy to avoid any fees for your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a $60 fee while same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged for the full amount of the service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
